Mr. Brombacher was born in West Palm Beach, Florida in 1964. Mr. Brombacher attended Washington & Lee University and The University of Florida, where he received a B.A. in both English and History, with high honors, followed by a M.A. in Public Administration. He went on to receive his J.D. from The University of Georgia in 1995.

Mr. Brombacher has participated in proceedings before numerous Florida Circuit Courts, Florida Appellate Courts, the Florida Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Brombacher’s practice concentrates on commercial and civil litigation, real estate, product liability, and matters related to legal ethics, malpractice issues, and attorney grievance process. He has been privileged to lecture for the United States Department of Justice and the Florida Bar. He joined SG in 2004 after serving as Bar Counsel for the Florida Bar, as well as Staff Counsel for the 11th Judicial Circuit.

Mr. Brombacher has been granted the distinction of an AV rating by the Martindale Hubbell Association, which identifies an attorney or a firm with a very high and preeminent legal ability and which reflects the experience, integrity and overall professional excellence of the attorney, as well as the highest professional and ethical standards.
