If one of your tenants is behind on rent or has otherwise violated the terms of their lease, our attorneys can undertake appropriate enforcement efforts on your company’s behalf. In most cases, this means initially attempting to reach an informal resolution in order to repair the relationship so all parties can move on in compliance with the terms of the agreement in place. However, we also have significant experience representing landlords and tenants and lessors in commercial lease disputes, and our attorneys can take formal legal action if necessary.
When disputes arise with residential tenants, our attorneys provide assistance with all aspects of lease enforcement. This includes, but is not limited to, providing notice, executing evictions and seeking appropriate remedies in court. While tenants are entitled to certain statutory protections, as a residential landlord, you have clear rights as well. At Saavedra-Goodwin, we can use our experience to assert these rights effectively on your behalf.
We are here for you if you need legal assistance with enforcing your lease. We are here for Florida commercial and residential property owners and understand the unique situations that may arise with both. You can call us at (954) 767-6333 or reach out to us via our online contact form.
